Beginning April 1, 2009, Walker Chevrolet customers can now become a member of our Preferred Owner Program. How does it work? Customers will earn purchase points/dollars based on every customer pay transaction that they make in our Service and Parts Departments. Customers will be issued a pre-loaded card when they come to Walker to make a retail purchase. Service Consultants and Business Managers will issue these cards, and redemptions will occur with the Service Cashier. The pre-loaded card will have $250 for the purchase of their next new or pre-owned vehicle, and $25 for their next purchase of service, parts and accessories. The Walker customer will earn 4% of the retail purchase price in Service and Parts with a maximum of $250 per transaction. An example would be, if the service repair order totals $1000, then $40 would be added to their account balance on the Preferred Owner Card. The customer would now have a total of $250 to use in the sales department and $65 to use for service and parts. Complete Customer Satisfaction is our goal!
