I am always impressed by the customer service I receive at your dealership. Every staff member is very friendly and always says "good morning." This is a small gesture, but it makes a huge impression. Sadly, this type of courtesy and friendliness is not found in the majority of businesses these days--mostly because people have their heads buried in their phones. Ryan was the associate responsible for my car. He assisted me as soon as I arrived and kept me updated on the progress on my vehicle as I waited. When the problem with my car was identified, Ryan explained everything thoroughly, including the cost. Additionally, he provided recommendations on routine maintenance that could be done and the cost for each. However, he did not pressure me into getting any of these done which I really appreciated. I chose to get them all since they would eventually be needed, and because Ryan helped me--a guy who is clueless about cars--understand the purpose of each. And also to be noted, the repairs and maintenance on my car were completed at the exact time Ryan estimated. In addition to the friendly staff and Ryan's top-notch customer service, the waiting area is fantastic. I actually enjoy waiting in your building because of the comfortable chairs, large TV, fast wifi and free-flowing coffee! Great visit as always. Keep it up!
