The dealership is very busy in the morning so please schedule appnt. The staff was very nice and many people working. The waiting area is very neat and organized. When I walked in I seemed to be invisible but everyone was busy so I stood and waited till I got some help. No big deal. Jay was very helpful in what I was needing and got someone on it right away. The Tech (Mr. Paul Jackson came and set with me to explain what the issue was and the price was with my car, very nice of him. Was fixed sooner than expected and on my way. Glad I went when I did.
