I was very disappointed that the price of an oil change went up so much, $20.00. The explanation that I received was that now I get road hazard/service. I tried to opt out but that wasn't an option. I all ready have that type of coverage thru my car insurance and a whole lot cheaper. Lets just stick to the oil change and maybe make that an option for the person that might want it. I was told this was being mandated by G.M. not the dealer......BAD CALL, don't make me pay more for an oil change and then tell me your giving me some thing for FREE, come on there is no such thing as free. I don't want it and will never use it. If your trying to lose service customers, I think G.M. just hit the nail on the head. Oh, and by the way I hope that comment gets shared with the proper personal at G.M. who thought that this was such a great idea!!! I'd love to hear their response.
