I made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped it off, got the courtesy shuttle, and less than an hour later my tire rotation and oil rotation was complete!!! I actually sold my Hyundai because of how terrible the Hyundai customer service was. So I am thrilled that the Chevy dealership is hands-down the best!
