Daniel did a great job keeping me informed about our service.

My car was at your service dept for 1 week without even being diagnosed. I had to move it to another place where it was diagnosed within hours, and repaired within one week. Jason also told me multiple times on the phone that the technician was “just behind”. I called three times daily for updates and was given the same answer. One day I decided to show up to see what the deal was. Jason was gone to lunch, so Mitchell was going to help me, and Mitchell was quite rude honestly. He also told me the hold up was that some paperwork that Jason had not mentioned in my 3 phone calls a day. I will say Jason was always very professional, was he telling me the truth? Probably not.

I have been a customer for at least 7 years. I am always treated well, kept informed, and serviced in a quick and timely manner.

Well, the reason I brought my 2017 Corvette in for an oil change is because I received an email advertisement for an oil change for $59.99. I made the appointment showed up and was told the oil change would be $159. I told to go ahead. But that’s bad business. It’s called bait and switch. Needless to say I won’t be back.
